Thankful Giving 2024

In VPO's annual Thankful Giving program, we celebrate Thanksgiving by donating to nonprofits our customers nominate, expressing our gratitude for those relationships.

November 26

It's the most wonderful time of the year! At VPO, we celebrate Thanksgiving by expressing the gratitude we feel for our customer relationships. We call it Thankful Giving.

We want our customers to know that they matter to us. Because we care about them, we also care about what they care about! So we've made donations to nonprofits that participating customers have nominated--supporting our community while strengthening the unique relationship we have with each client.

Pam McBroome of Nucor says, "Thank you for your giving hearts, and for your support and continued work with our team. We sincerely appreciate VPO’s continued dedication to giving back each year to charities that each of our companies honors and supports. We have decided to nominate Operation Airdrop Inc., this year. This organization is close to our hearts, as Nucor Corporation has been supporting them throughout the recovery efforts from Hurricane Helene. Operation Airdrop is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing relief to those impacted by natural disasters. Thank you to the VPO team! We sincerely appreciate each of you and are thankful for your support."

"Thank you for this," agrees Sheree Thomas of SB Thomas & Associates. "I love that VPO does this each year."

Brian Mecham of Bowen Collins & Associates says, "VPO is a great partner. They really give back. Thank you for supporting the Utah Food Bank. They are a great organization and support people who are in need."

"VPO has continually been an integral part of our success as a company," agrees Scott Hostetler, "and we highly value their partnership. We at Anser Advisory are appreciative of this generous and thoughtful donation on our behalf."

Caressa Bacon of KPFF Consulting Engineers says, "We decided as a group to support the Quileute Tribe Move to Higher Ground. The Quileute Tribe is so close to our offices and the mission of this group is to move the at-risk community to the safe zone / higher ground, out of the tsunami zone at the edge of the Pacific Ocean.” Her colleague Brianna Navarro adds, "KPFF’s Construction Management team is grateful to VPO for a great year, and is looking forward to our continued partnership! It’s always awesome to see support for our community’s non-profit organizations."

"I am grateful for VPO's generous contribution to bringing new opportunities to bright, young minds," says Pablo Calderon Galaviz of Service Corporation International (SCI).

"That is a very thoughtful and generous way for you to acknowledge your clients. Thank you for your support," says Colleen K. Fulkerson of Epilepsy Association of Western and Central PA

"I appreciate you thinking of CVE as you consider donating to these worthwhile causes." -- Kalyan Sennerikuppam, President, CV Engineering
