Beth Anderson
VPO Co-creator & Implementation Manager
Implementing, configuring, and customizing VPO by first deeply understanding customer needs and then designing and developing specific technical and process-focused solutions, Beth guides our new customers through onboarding and training, and ensures that our solution exceeds expectations.
Having been a company leader delivering training and professional services for AEC customers since 1998, she’s proud to be a VPO-riginal!
Dan Attis
Senior Architect
Dan is a seasoned Azure cloud engineer and developer bringing more than 25 years of experience to VPO, in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining decoupled and highly available Web-based applications and cloud infrastructure. He specializes in solving complex problems and consistently delivering on project, product, engineering, and business goals through meticulous attention to detail. Dan's passion for software development drives him to create innovative, impactful, well-structured, and secure solutions.
In addition to his professional work, Dan is a longstanding and respected volunteer in the developer community in the state of Georgia. He's organized numerous regional conferences, helping to educate, and expose the community to the latest Microsoft technologies--from code to PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services. His current expertise includes Azure, .NET, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.
Outside of technology, Dan enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors as much as possible, despite the heat of a Georgia summer.
Laura Nee
CEO & President
As our corporate visionary, Laura gathers input from our team members, sets our strategy and direction, gets everyone on board, and leads the way.
Having delivered software and services for AEC customers since 1998, she also enjoys providing industry resource information for our customers and colleagues. In service, she volunteers as Publicity/Communications Committee Chair for the Three Rivers Chapter of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Laura bought this business in 1998, and has successfully transformed our company from an Oracle Primavera solution provider into an independent innovator.

Christine Pacyna

The creator of our user portal, Chris now directs our team of experts in delivering VPO services, administration, and support for each unique customer and their project participants. Holding a J.D. and having previously worked on Capitol Hill, for a judge, as a practicing attorney, in information management and governance, and most recently as a consultant in eDiscovery and SharePoint, she's always taken an interest in learning and applying the latest tech.

Mike Jenson
Support Engineer
Before joining VPO, Mike served other organizations in positions such as IT Director, Network Administrator, and Systems Engineer, and he’s a Microsoft 365/Azure Administrator. He’s skilled and knowledgeable in Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Windows Desktop Operating Systems to include hardware/software troubleshooting as well. He aims to provide the highest levels of support while resolving user and customer needs in a friendly and timely manner.

Implementation Specialist
Antoinette--Toni--has over 30 years of experience performing a variety of tasks on multimillion-dollar construction projects in the private and public sectors. Her projects have included a US Navy base renovation, hospital expansions, and new senior and student housing. For the decade immediately preceding her joining VPO, as a Senior Document Control Manager and Trainer, she was focused on two major interstate highway projects, and international airport expansion capital programs.
A CMAA Authorized Trainer, Toni has key knowledge and expertise to offer in construction, from conception through completion, with experience in eDMS with document control and field management, on and off site. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Phoenix, and is a Certified Document Technologist via Construction Specification Institute (CSI). In addition, she continues to expand her knowledge in the construction industry by earning certifications of learning through LinkedIn University.
Toni enjoys working with end users, and assisting in developing and learning new software programs. She's gained experience with many systems, including CMiC PM, Prolog, American Contractor, Procore, SharePoint, Oracle Primavera Expedition/Contract Management, Bluebeam, Adobe, Microsoft Office 365, Aconex--and now VPO.
Aaron Cutlip

Aaron is a seasoned software architect bringing more than 25 years of experience to VPO. With a strong background in software development, he has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems. Aaron excels in translating complex requirements into robust solutions aligned with business objectives and technological advancements.
Specializing in systems that manage key business processes such as Document Management and Workflow, Aaron's collaborative approach and innovative mindset drive successful project outcomes, optimizing system architecture and enhancing software quality.
Throughout his career, Aaron has mentored teams and fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to solve real-world problems, and is committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
Gaby Brooks
Implementation Specialist
Before joining VPO, in her construction roles as Assistant Project Manager and Project Accountant, Gaby established a history of exercising a calculated, methodical, and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Our customers, and our team, benefit from the experience and knowledge she gained by participating in construction processes and components such as bidding, submittals, RFIs, change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, invoicing, AIA payment applications, monthly reports, CSI coding, and lien waivers, while working closely with all the various members of multi-firm project teams.
Throughout her 15+ years in ground-up and interior commercial construction, she contributed to improving business outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key multimillion-dollar projects.

A technology-industry veteran and former CEO, Audrey shares her experience and expertise by mentoring the VPO team.
She guides us on growth strategies, and gives us recommendations on operational models.

In 2022, Josiah joined VPO with over 14 years of experience in Customer Success and Customer Support, having served clients and users in the Construction SaaS and Robotics industries. As VPO Customer Success Manager, Josiah develops and nurtures relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and earn their loyalty.
He performs the role of customer partner and VPO-team liaison, helping each unique customer determine and achieve their own strategic goals for their business and their project portfolio.

Business Development Representative
A native Pittsburgher, Jim attended the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. While double-majoring in Business Management and Psychology, Jim played baseball for Pitt as well. After working in operations for a few years, he moved into a sales/business development role, which he performed for various companies over the decade preceding his joining VPO.
Jim volunteers as Programs/Events Committee Chair for the Three Rivers Chapter of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and he loves spending time with his wife and their two young children. In addition to reading mystery novels, playing golf, going for hikes, and coaching kids' sports teams, Jim also enjoys traveling, and experiencing different cultures, food, and local sporting events.
Daisy Miksch
Administration & Communications Coordinator
Having earned an M.Ed. after studying philosophy and linguistics, Daisy serves as a team communicator, and coordinates our marketing efforts. Formerly a Montessori teacher, and a business owner offering music classes for families, she also coordinates the execution and delivery of a variety of administrative activities and programs--from planning events to carrying out our HR policies and initiatives. Serving AEC customers as part of our team since 2006, she's proud to be a VPO-riginal!

Travis Nay
Senior Support Engineer
Travis provides timely and accurate user assistance, helps set up new project sites, and invites our clients’ external users to VPO. Through his experience as an IT Manager, he developed a strong skill set with Windows Server, Exchange, and SharePoint administration (on-premise and Microsoft 365), Citrix Access Essentials and XenApp, in addition to PC repairs and troubleshooting Windows OS software.

Christina Turner
Product Project Manager
Christina has 20+ years of experience working with construction accounting and project management software firms--in many roles, including support, implementation, training, development project management, and product management. Josh Henderson

Josh has always been driven by a desire to create. Since beginning his tech career in 2014, he has worked in a variety of IT positions in industries ranging from retail through professional sports—including deploying IT infrastructure for acquisitions, and managing and supporting all aspects of the IT department for a small company. Over the years Josh has developed a love for bringing value to companies through building--specifically through Microsoft tools such as Power Automate and PowerShell.
Residing in beautiful western Pennsylvania with his wife and two dogs, Josh is often found working in his home lab or having adventures in his Jeep. He hosts a multitude of virtual machines, Docker containers, and storage servers at home, with the aim of continuously developing his IT skills.

Greg Coticchia

Greg Coticchia is a seasoned, award-winning entrepreneur, CEO, business leader, professor, and author with over thirty years of experience in technology products and services. Currently, he serves as the CEO of SE Healthcare, a leading company in digital therapeutics focused on nurse burnout, and as a coach for CEO Coaching International.
Previously, Greg was the CEO and a Board Member of Sopheon (LON: SPE), a leader in enterprise innovation and product management software and services, where he successfully led the company to a private equity exit. He also established and launched Carnegie Mellon University’s Master’s Program in Product Management (MSPM), the world’s first product management degree, serving as its founding executive director.
Earlier in his career, Greg was a prolific entrepreneur, participating in fourteen startups (founding four) and holding executive roles in organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises. He has raised over $73 million in venture capital and has been actively involved in more than seventeen mergers and acquisitions. Paul Buckley is a senior technical expert with over 43 years of experience overseeing complex programs and projects for public and private clients in the U.S. He has a degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has worked as a designer, contractor, and public agency project manager. Paul has combined his extensive expertise with his passion for facilitation to teach hundreds of construction industry professionals. Before selling his business to Anser Advisory, he owned a project and construction management consulting firm for 25 years.
