Summary
Over the past two decades, King County Housing Authority (KCHA) and KPFF Consulting Engineers have worked together on master planning, design, and construction of the 100-acre Greenbridge neighborhood in Seattle.
Features constructed include a Public Health Clinic, Educare, an elementary school, a library, a community center, 30 parks, trails, a coffee shop, and a restaurant. Public art is celebrated with 80 pieces by ten artists. The community and homes showcase sustainability, and serve a diverse population and income range. At completion there will be over 900 homes supported by new roadway infrastructure in a mix of rental, market rate, and 90,000 sf of commercial space.
Brianna will guide us on an intimate tour of Greenbridge Division 8 Phase 1, a civil project that she and her team have managed for King County Housing Authority.
